LWSC's approach is both thorough and detailed yet relaxed and no heavy pressure. I identified a car that they had only just acquired. Salesguy Gerald took me on an admirably long test drive. As an experienced vehicle mechanic I thought I could hear a hint of a whine from the rear. We negotiated a sale price on the basis that whatever needed doing would be done. True to their word they replaced not just one but both rear wheel bearings. In preparation for sale they did an oil service and had a fresh MoT. Before finalising the deal we went on another test drive to assure me that all was now in order. Again Gerald was very friendly, polite and efficient. Lawrence himself was also very welcoming. This was a high mileage car but everything works as it should, and it was spotlessly cleaned and valeted, and ready for my collection at my chosen time.
