Every detail was customer focused even down too the placement of it to drive away! As new arrivals to the UK we needed a vehicle. Lawrence Warners was a random discovery as we walked past, and we are pleased we found them. The process was delayed by the need to transfer money from Australia but overall it was an easy transfer of ownership. We received good advice and the vehicle is performing as expected.

We spotted the car in Auto Trader and then arranged to view it with Gerald, at Lawrence Warner. The car was ready to view on arrival, we were then invited to take it out. Gerald gave us time to inspect the car and was able to answer our questions. After some thought we agreed the sale. The car was prepared promptly, the MOT recommendations were completed. On arrival to collect it, again it was ready, sparkling in the sunshine. Final paperwork completed with ease, receipts, history and road tax paid, we drove off with the roof down! Our experience has been extremely good.

When viewing the car the for the first time he allowed me the time & space to check it out, and was incredibly upfront with all paperwork and history for the car. The car was in excellent condition and any minor issues were discussed and rectified before collection if necessary. Once the decision to purchase was made, he ensured all due diligence was done before collection of the car, with a seamless handover of the car.

Very good experience with this company. I feel I was allowed to buy a car rather than being sold one. I felt that they dealt with me honestly. The only issue is the fact that there is no customer parking.
